yeah, but they just wear out too quick in harsh environments. I loved my converse desert boots, but even they wore out in no time.

harsh environment......walking on top of a 30k barrel barge that is covered in non skid chews them up quick.

My converse turned to shit when just a simple snag on barbed wire ripped an inch long gash in the leather.
