They titled this article like that on purpose. Because bridge collapses are news at this point in time. THIS WAS BECAUSE A DERAILED TRAIN HIT THE OVERPASS SUPPORTS PEOPLE! IT HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH A BRIDGE IN NEED OF REPAIR. A TRAIN WOULD PROBABLY COLLAPSE JUST ABOUT ANY BRIDGE!!! -
