Mckinney to Grapevine everyday twice a day. Sometimes on Saturdays too. My wife has the exact same drive. Our NTTA a bill a month would be $400 to $450.

Post a source. They (NTTA) have been threatening this for years, but as far as I know, no bill has actually been created, much less passed. And I'd like to think it woul never pass anyways. Fuck the NTTA. They are a bunch of crooks.Originally posted by Ratt View PostBill is about to be passed that will bar you from registering your car if you have outstanding toll fees...Originally posted by BradMBut, just like condoms and women's rights, I don't believe in them.Originally posted by LeahIn other news: Brent's meat melts in your mouth.

I just don't understand...I was always told growing up that toll roads were a way to retroactively pay for roads/highways instead of the government agencies taking out millions in loans and raising taxes to pay for them up-front. Has this EVER been the case? If so, when did it change?

If you think that's bad, drive around NYC and they are usually double that...

We take that fucker from 20 to 114 (and then back) every day. It was golden for the first couple of months after it opened, but now it's a damn parking lot once you get to 30 headed North and in the afternoons until you pass 183. As much as I hate 360, we've been thinking about giving it another try. It's free, and clearly a lot of people have moved over to 161. We carpool, but the time is a bitch. Mansfield to Las Colinas to Grapevine and then back, it's an hour in the AM and a little over that in the PM.Originally posted by Gtracer View PostI pay $80 a month just for my wife and I to use 161/GB
Driving to Arlington is much easier when you eliminate 360 and the only way she can get to work is 161/beltline.
My drive is WAY more expensive, but almost a necessary evil
