I won't hit mine while I'm at a resturant or out shopping. But if I'm at a bar in dallas or somewhere its a law, i'll usually ask the staff if its OK. never been a big deal.

And for the most part, reaction has been pretty decent from non-smokers as people appreciate the consideration and don't want to smell a cigarette. I have had one run in with a person who thought I was toking weed, but thats miniscule vs the people who ask where they can get one.

I'm sure if I go to a DFWM GTG, everyone in here bitching will be asking to try it out, asking where I got it, and trying to rub my pecker to use it longer.
