this is gonna suck... cause the masses (ya'll), dont understand that it needs to be decriminialized, and not legalized. the govt (individual states) are administering reverse psychology on the nation and convincing ya'll that they are "LAGALIZING WEED!!(YAY!)" when all they are doing is putting a tighter clamp on it and gaining control over it.
