Haha! I hope I'm not the only one who gets this.Originally posted by geronimo View Posttake the "P" from Pearl and you've got the can
PBR and Lonestar are drinkable. Then again, when it comes to most macrobrews, they taste the same. Lone Star Hefeweisen (sp?) for the best beer of all time."Any dog under 50lbs is a cat and cats are pointless." - Ron Swanson

I have a few hundred stocked up. I asked a few friends a while back to donate, and now I don't have the room to store anymore.Originally posted by HarrisonTX View PostDo you need bottles?

Lucky for you the Miller plant in Fort Worth brews most of the Pearl, PBR and Lone Star stuff. Pabst doesn't make beer, they stopped doing that in 96. Instead they buy historic brands, shutter the breweries and contract out the brewing to the lowest bidder. At least they are American owned still.Originally posted by Taylor View PostIf it's brewed in Texas I'll drink it.
It's funny that the hipsters who typically hate big businesses are drinking a beer to look cool without knowing the history. I will give them credit though, they aren't as bad as AB-Inbev. They don't make their own version of popular labels and then saturate local markets with a cheaper and almost the same product to hurt small breweries.

Its definitely worth going to, a fun way to spend an afternoon. They yard out back is set up with fire pits, corn hole tossing game (giggity) and usually live music. Plus the beer is good, I like it more than Rahr.Originally posted by HarrisonTX View PostDrove by this place on my way to do some work at the granbury water plant today.
