Not really. You'd have politicians putting laws out that they don't mind being held to and cops pushing for laws they don't mind applying to them as well. We'd have a lot fewer laws if it applied to every person equally no matter who you are

I all fairness, over the course of my 35+ years of driving, I honestly can't recollect all the times I've been let off with warnings or no ticket at all. I'm sure it's more than a dozen, and I'm a damn "nobody"...
