    CiCi's pizza is definitely at the bottom of the chains. There pan pizza's are not too bad, and their cinnamon rolls are the devil.

    Yeah but most of their profit comes from drink sales, as is the case with most cheap food places.


    The owner of Cici's lives in Westlake and has one of the biggest houses I have ever seen. He seems to have the pizza business figured out, haha.
