I was talking about the time I was walking home from school when I was 7 and got bitten by some little shithead dog, and my parents had to go back to the house it came out of and verify it was up to date on shots. Why must you assume something that isn't there?

Yes there really is a need to be a dick. When you protect those that kill innocent animals in their own yards (as you have a few times) or shooting innocent citizens in their own homes, there absolutely is.

The PLUS side of this story is the dog survived! Now as for the department... that's fucking bullshit. I hope the city/department gets sued for as much as the family can get.
