Every company has a different number of shares outstanding. Share price is only one component ... share price * shares outstanding = market value.

Coke is worth approximately 3x as much as Priceline.

I think my portfolio should be named Titanic. I have been watching a stock since last April and it has steadily climbed about $60. So I picked up some of that to start round 3. It has dropped about $10 since.....
