After looking at more pics we decided that when the front corners hit both cars pivoted around that point and then the rear of each car hit each other before going off in separate directions. My drivers side rear is damaged and her passenger rear is damaged.

I have Allstate, she has Farmers. I'm waiting for a copy of my claim from her company and a call from the adjuster.

well, you have two things going in your favor:

1, Allstate wont put a frame or a frame section in, so if it is bent on the front and wont pull, you are golden.

2, if the frame isn't bent, you wont have to worry about them putting older than 08 parts on there used, though Im pretty sure that body style didnt start till then, so that may be a dead issue.

The bad thing is, they are going to want you to go to a Sterling.

I had a woman pull the same shit on me in 2004 (Turned left in front of me on a green light). Luckily I was driving a beat up 90 Honda Accord at the time. I t-boned her right in the passenger side door though and her car spun 90* and hit a Lexus that was waiting at the light on the cross street. She was driving a brand new Eclipse.

Farmers valued my totaled Tahoe at more than I paid+owed so I came out ahead a couple grand on the deal. I bought a new Tahoe and I get some cash to start my master bathroom remodel

I've gotten a few calls from the Dallas County DA prosecutor as well. The girl that hit me was arrested that night... turns out it was for DWI and possession. Woops! He was pretty cool. He said that if the whole process (insurance or anything else) cost me a dime he would see to it that he got my money back. Sucks for her.
