If he had decided to charge them, the reaction time of drawing, correctly aim and discharging their pistols, the guy likely would've made it to them and could've stabbed one of the officers.

Where in my explanation does it say he charged them. No he was standing still . If it was me a round would've never been discharged with what I viewed.

Your explanation involves the cops having their sidearms holstered, when they weren't. When you interject something into a statement that didn't happen it makes people question your entire logic in the first place and makes it look like you are defending them. This. Take every penny from the officer(s). Every single thing they own should be confiscated and sold, and all future wages should be garnished. Basically, everything that law enforcement does to the people they deem as criminals should likewise be done to them.

Suing the city does nothing to correct the actions of these PD's as the city just ups the taxes required to fund it. It's time to start bankrupting the officers who do these things and put them on the street after they get out of prison. Take their house, car, pension. Take everything they own and just sign it over to the families of those they kill unjustly. I imagine that will make an officer keep their weapon in their holster a bit more often.
