This is about as certain as death & taxes, and AHCA.gov crashing again, and again.

Just talk to him, he probably just wants to watch.

Harassment is the closest thing he could attempt to go for. It depends on exactly what is being said and if the OP is answering back or stopped the communication stating not to call ect. If he says stop texting and calling me, then sends another text to the guy, he pretty much just opened communication again. This is also a rocky situation for the OP. The wife could potentially turn on him as well. I would block both of them and move on. Post up the Texts!

And then file a restraining order on him.

Either way, you're in my dead pool now.

What 2 crimes as he committed?

You don't think his boss would look at the totality of the circumstances? I know mine would. They would tell me to stop, I am sure that would be the end of it.

If he is showing up at your ex-wife's work it sounds like he might be using his job's resources to research you. I'm not sure how the PD looks at that sort of thing.

Tell me how that is a news story? Everyone would look down on the OP and the wife more than they would the officer in my opinion.
