I was thinking about bringing the truck, but I am damn tempted to quit being the nice guy and make this an actual vacation, and fly in and get a second jeep.

You do what you gotta do, dude. We'll figure it out when we're there. We will probably rent a jeep one day to do the desert by-ways and to drive through red rock canyon, but a normal car could do the RRC in case Lyn/Rob and others want to go.

I just booked a Jeep for the whole time we're there. We can fit 2 more in for the drive through the desert. WOOT!

I don't have anyone to bring me to the airport here in San Diego, so I either get a shuttle to and from, or park my car at the airport for $10+ a day. If I thought y'all weren't gonna get a car I'd drive for sure, but I'm not looking to spend money that I don't have to.

All the hotels have free parking, shuttle/taxi to the hotel should be about $20 if you aren't any further than midstrip.
