Which is why it seems absurd you would turn down that kind of money for it, only to stick it outside to deteriorate in the Texas sun, hail, tornados, etc. Of course, I have no idea what your income is, but for an average person that could even come close to paying off a house, in exchange for basically a white elephant.

If I was to sell it for the $80k, I would profit a rough $60k. I'm not in a money pinch and I think the sign is way to cool to just flip without owning it for awhile. I have not figured out the texas hail part yet because I have not given it much thought. I guess I better start thinking huh!?
