It's not really in your area but Northwest Propane on Harry Hines south of Sam Moons has pump K1 heating Kerosene. I can't remember exactly what it cost but it was $4.50 ? $ 5.00 per gallon. Bring your own jug. Open Sat. untill noon.
It's what I have been using for years.

Hold on a sec....is that kero dyed? Used atf works great. you can run it in your truck too. Friend of mine has a home made used oil burner made out of 2 55 gallon drums. He starts a small fire and drips oil on the wood in the bottom drum. exhaust temp rises into the top drum, and exit's exhaust 5 inch stack out the window. works awesome. heats a 4k shop to easy with very little wood and oil.Originally posted by Cooter View PostI'm somewhat intrigued by the dirty kind...
