    I don't see how or why it would be, the show already had the highest ratings with no sign of them falling, and this 'stunt' has done nothing but lower ratings and the opinion of the network.

    More than likely, it was orchestrated from the point of the GQ interview, and A&E decided to run with it. Doesn't matter to me one way or the other. The outcome is the pretty much the same with both entities fattening their wallets and GLAAD getting slapped around.

    Why, he has more power at A&E than he would anywhere else. That family edfectively owns them now. Going to another network means having to rebuild the influence they now have at that network. The A&E exec that suspended him has had his balls cut off in front of the whole world.
