I got the no cut method no needle ( well small cut and some kind of deadner that was topical).
Small cut in the sack, pull, cut, burn ends and tape ball shut
Go home get frozen peas and chill for a couple days. No issues at all

Don't do like Brent and do it then go to a large concert outside in Austin. Get drunk. And walk 65 miles

And get kicked in the balls 3 times the next day at a party..
