I have a Lucasi I picked up for $130 used (hairline crack in the butt section) that retailed for $340. I took a gamble and it paid off: I've had it 7 years and the crack has not spread or discolored. I also have a Meucci I got for $200 that retails for $600-700. I spent over a year trolling around until I found someone selling the model I wanted cheap enough.

I went to billards factory and saw a lot of sticks I like around 150 to 200. I probably should find a used stick in that range but didn't see anything on Craigslist
The deals are out there for sure. There are quite a few reputable manufacturers out there. Predator, Viking, McDermott, to name a few.
