    Wife and I decided to build our first home since ours just recently sold. Can anyone here give me input on how this process works? Do you apply and get approved for a certain amount, then find your builder/lot, etc? Do you start making mortgage payments during the building process or after the home is finished? Those that

                  The Pegasus sign is actually my dads sign, the pool that was built was built at my dads house and yes we paid cash for our house but took the loan from my dad. Now that the task at hand is taken care of let's get back on track.

                      yeah, why doesnt your wife have heath insurance? I'd be shocked to find out that Nissan of Burleson doesnt offer a health plan...
