Back in the 80's, Mike allegedly was getting a ride from a friend, that friend decided to enter Allen Samuel's Dodge and borrow a stereo out of a true - on a semi-permanent basis. Mike indicated that he wasn't at fault and only served as a lookout (even though he could have walked on), but has had contradictory statements that he helped re-install the dash/radio panel and even locked the door to make sure the truck wasn't stolen (pretty heart warming, if you ask me). So he was eventually charged with criminal theft (not sure what other charges were present, if any). He was railroaded at court, because nothing is his fault, and was convicted of a felony.

26 years ago I caught a ride home from work. Along with another guy. The driver stopped at Rodeo Chrysler Dodge in Mesquite. Me and the other guy stood outside while the guy that worked there went in and stole a radio out of a truck, took the whole dash apart getting it.

I was charged with a felony, as was the other guy that stood beside me while the asswipe did what he did. It is now classified as a misdemeanor. Which is what the state looks at when getting your chl. I am in the process, and will obtain, my chl.
