While I agree the regulation by govmt instead of the business owner is ridiculous, as stated by others most of these vaping idiots just do it to be cool and because they like to test the patience of others because "they can." Both sides are stupid. However on that note, I started smoking cigarettes in HS because I thought I was cool, and then 12 years later I still smoked. I can say though I did quit and without a crutch to do it. Some need that, but typically they aren't the majority of these vaping idiots.

One of them sprayed some cologne on me as we were walking through the mall when I was about 12. I instantly fell to the floor clutching my throat pretending I was having an allergic reaction. My stepmom at the time played along, knowing that I didnt have any allergies but hated those fucktards that would spray shit on you. When the chick that sprayed it was telling me that she was sorry, and had no idea it would harm me through tears, I jumped up and said "then quit spraying that stinky shit on everyone"

Sadly, it's all the douches that ruin it for everyone else. People have no common sense, manners or general non-selfish thoughts.

I vape, but this really won't have any bearing on me since I do the right thing anyway and so does my wife. With that said, I do consider it to be the same as smoking - as in don't force a bar/business to ban it by banning things by law. Public places? That's the voter's/government's choice. Nothing in the constitution about it.

However, it could be argued that it's another pussification law. Manners tend to be taught by parents and if nothing else by other people in society (punch in nose, on the spot corrections and so forth)
