WTF happened to Hooters?

The last time I was in a hooters was about 2 years ago. The food was mediocre, the service sucked, and the waitress was not attractive - the whole thing left me thinking "why the hell did I waste my money here?". Hooters seems to have been declining for quite a while; hell, I'd just as soon go to Denny's than hooters - at least the food and service is good, and maybe your waitress won't be pregnant and might even have a nice rack.

I have never been back.
