          December at the earliest, IMO. I think it's more likely early '16. Just did the math, down 1.9% in my personal accts today, shit.

            I agree with you on 2016. I think they are going to keep talking about it though and rates are gradually going to rise. They won't see it as urgent as long as the market responds to the expectation. I think the 10 year will be near 3.0% by the end of the year but that is just a guess.
