What they should do is send notices and once they are clearly being ignored set up some type of system that notifies the police where the car is so they can pull it over and investigate . If the owner of the vehicle is driving the car you can them charge them with trespassing and impound the vehicle.

I have no idea on what your trying to prove, but she is technically stealing from the state and was issued a court summons by a JP court in the county that she is accused of stealing from.
I have no remorse for her being in jail, I pay to use the tolls and if I don't want to pay them, I don't use them. Not only did she not pay for one, it was multiple times and she was probably given (like my daughter has been given) a discount to pay, which is bullshit, because I don't get that big of a discount. So fuck her in her no toll paying ass...

I don't believe that to be true Brent, because my daughter did the exact same thing. She ran tolls for a few years, didn't pay and owed a shit ton of money, they gave her a very big discounted rate that was far below what she actually didn't pay for. So yes I know first hand how they charge. We can argue all day about how we already pay and all that bullshit, but the point of the matter remains, don't use it if you don't want to pay and if you do and don't pay they will make your life miserable.

I would like to use this time to point out that the Dallas North Tollway, George Bush Turnpike, Sam Rayburn Tollway, and even the tolled parts of the NEW 635 are all still parking lots, and they still charge.

I don't care if you believe it, I'm speaking from personal experience. Mine didn't drag out nearly as long long, but $9600 really equated to about $300 in tolls.

Unless there is a wreck they flow pretty smooth at rush hour, don't believe there is a difference, go down 635 at 5:30pm on a Friday and then do it again on the Bush at the same time and your ass will be paying the MAN to drive 40 mph then to be sitting in traffic on 635 for hours.

Ummm, no. I alternate between the two from Las Colinas (work) to Frisco (home) all week and they are exactly the same.
