Cadillac SRX literally is a driving blind spot. I test drove it and couldn't see shit out of the back and rear sides.

Also check out Infiniti JX30 (I think?) - the midsize SUV.

Whatever you do don't get a new pathfinder, I've been driving a rental the past few weeks and this thing is junk. The hood looks like its going to fly off at highway speed, sucks at gas mileage, and is a nutless wonder for power. Cheap pos imo

I can tell you an Acadia is the biggest POS ever. I'd stay far far away. I just made a dealership buy one back and got a new Traverse. It's not my favorite, but there's a night and day difference.

A newer Infiniti QX56 is in the 50's-60's range and has woodgrain, 400hp, etc.

Yeah but so are some of her choices. There are also 2 sizes of it. It seems pretty apparent that she's really looking for style and presence over functionality...but using the size excuse to rule out cars she doesn't like without a valid complaint against. We all do it to an extent with personal bias. So if she can deal with the size...it's a sexy car that'll get noticed.

None of those other cars stand out quite the same while some are equally sized.

I know it makes no sense lol she wants a 7 seater unless she thinks its cute, im just trying to show her options under 65k! I like the x3 and we are going to go drive one tomorrow. Along with the lincoln mkt and we might go look at the Audi a5 and 7.

The Mercedes GL is a 7 seater under $65K. I'm sure you can get one optioned fairly well and discounted for the price you're looking for. Or even a slightly used one. My wife wanted all sorts of things for her next car like remote start but I thought Dana did a damn good job of showing her what was actually important. My wife is extremely happy with her GLK.

The ML starts in the mid $40s but is a 5 seater. A very very nice ride IMO. My wife gave it serious thought but decided she wanted something smaller.
