              I have these EXACT holes in my yard... I'm miles away from a creek or water source. I have a pond in my yard but it's been dry for at least a year. I have seen a skunk on my propery before though.... I'm curious as to what these are?

                    A squadron of cicada killer wasps sets up their base on the putting green of a golf course. One wasp is seen to dig her hole from scratch. A series of close...


                    I remember when I first saw these big wasps years ago. My kids came running in terrified and after I saw them, no wonder they did.

                    Even though they say they are "harmless", I keep a safe distance from them. They never seemed interested in humans....just digging their holes.

                    In the video, they say these wasps always built their holes facing south for good illumination down in the holes while they dug them!
