they have surcharges? what if you just pay your tickets? i've got to be the states best customer 2 years ago i payed nearly 3k to settle nearly 12 tickets in 9 various cities/counties.

No surcharge. No bump in insurance. nothing at all.

From what the DPS told me, it's a case by case scenario. Certain things throw up a red flag, and those flags get reviewed by a judge. All but one of those tickets were paid and handled on time. I keep all my gas receipts, and any tickets I get in my console. Console gets cleaned out every week, I accidentally tossed the ticket, as it got mixed up with receipts/trash, and completely forgot about the fucker.

I didn't know surcharges existed either until after learning about them during one of the defensive driving classes I took. My last ticket was for speeding within the City of Lott (south of Wacko) and they didn't offer deferred adjudication.
