    You speeding is something that can be verified by sight where as for the most part, if you had a drink earlier in the evening and you're not weaving, it's not. Kind of like being pulled over because a cop behind you ran your tags and saw you had a CHL and decided to fuck with you over it

    Yep this opens up a golden opportunity for cops to claim a bogus probable cause to stop any car and hassle the driver, who in most cases is probably guilty of absolutely nothing.
