    its the same as the police using night vision and thermal cameras. The courts even ruled that the police can use thermal to look at houses without a warrant.

    And if the courts are ok with no denial blood draws, why would they think this was any more envasive

    Half true. I'm on my phone so not going to type you a novel, but many trunking systems use proprietary modulation schemes, and lol at decrypting traffic. Maybe, MAYBE with DES, but not AES. Many cities don't have a live feed, find one for Lynchburg va police.
