You speeding is something that can be verified by sight where as for the most part, if you had a drink earlier in the evening and you're not weaving, it's not. Kind of like being pulled over because a cop behind you ran your tags and saw you had a CHL and decided to fuck with you over itOriginally posted by Nash B. View PostI don't see it as any different than using a radar/laser gun to detect your speed.

Someone needs to market tint that reflects the absorbtive spectrum of alcohol.

I don't like it simply because the cops have too much leeway to fuck with you already.

Yep this opens up a golden opportunity for cops to claim a bogus probable cause to stop any car and hassle the driver, who in most cases is probably guilty of absolutely nothing.

Unless there is a reason to be aiming that at me, then you shouldn't be invading the privacy I possess inside my vehicle. If you pull me over because your toy can't read inside my truck, enjoy the lawsuit.Originally posted by Nash B. View PostLOL @ "unconstitutional laser." How is it unconstitutional?

yes, please pull me over because my windows are tinted at a legal tint level because your unconstitutional laser can't see if I've been drinking.
