Attorney handled it, I'm sure they negotiated it down. I wasn't there though, so not 100% sure.

I thought the city reviewed your driving record when you go to take care of a ticket. I recall having to send off for a copy of my driving record to prove eligible for a DDC.

Defensive driving because that actually shows up. Deferred goes completely away when the 90 days is up. Basically a win win. Money for the city and nothing on your record.
