What gets me is that the wife is a stay at home mom but needs a live-in nanny. WTF? I can understand when stay at home moms take their kid(s) to day care periodically, for a little mommy time, shopping, cleaning without distraction, whatever.. Hell, maybe even a 9-5 nanny a couple days a week. But a live-in? Lazy chick deserves it..

I also do not understand why they are feeding her. Put a padlock on the fridge and tell her to fuck off.

Id send the kids to grandma's and have "no clothes day" at the house, call her to lunch and dinner and just sit there, staring at her, fat and hairy. That wold be considered an illegal eviction in most, if not all states (including Texas). You cannot just lock someone out. You have to follow the eviction process. The only big difference I see with this being California is the potential for unlawful termination. But even that could be a PITA in Texas considering she is in 2 protected classes (woman and old).

I'm sure that would work, but then they would be opening themselves up for lawsuit. That said, that is probably what I would do. I'd rather payout on a lawsuit than have a freeloading bitch in my house. I already had one of those.. That's why I divorced her.
