He'll serve federal time if convicted, this isn't a local county prosecutor. If they didn't have a pretty solid case he wouldn't have been arrested. Ray Nagin was convicted and sentenced to 10 years and he wasn't near as dirty as JWP. Kwame Kilpatrick got 28 years, Rod Blagohoweveryouspellit got 14.

What's going to be interesting is seeing who goes down with him. He was scared to take a plea deal for some reason.
