Furthermore...seeing someone and having a good perception of a moving objects relative position to you are different things. With the all black gear at night...depth perception would be limited when the guy is beside you.

I'm talking about claiming he should be in legal trouble based on what you saw when you haven't actually been in a position to know how the car behaves and handles.

I'm also saying that even if he saw him that means very little...it doesn't mean he can predict the guy will keep charging and it doesn't mean he could tell the guy was close.

The take away is that you don't charge another car on a track...especially on a damn turn. Letting other BS get in the way takes away from the lesson to learn here.

You claime dthe throttle application is going to cause Stewart a lot of trouble.

But the "experts" here tell you that you actually steer with throttle so Tony would have been doing exactly what it took to avoid the kid.
