2 times that I can think of now that someone was no-billed or found innocent in recent times. Yet folks are still pissed off about it.

To me that shows that he really believed the kid was trying to get his gun and kill him. Would you show remorse for a guy that you shot, who was actively trying to kill you? I would be more concerned if he showed a lot of remorse. Now the 12 year old that got shot on the play ground, I could see those guys being upset. Just a bad situation all around. I haven't seen that video but that kind of deal just sucks.
