Poor service by Sleep Experts...what (if anything) should I ask for?

I would have let it go, accepted my mattress later than expected and experienced a good nights sleep. I HIGHLY doubt it was done on purpose. Messicans ( like me ) usually run on time.

I did delivery crap for 3 yrs i got so sick of the unappreciative rude people that i quit. IMO let them go get their own shit

I know what it's like. When I was younger, I worked for a moving company for 6 months. I have respect for what they do. It may not seem like it here in this case, but I'm just a stickler for courtesy I suppose, especially after hours.

I just assume the delivery is going to be late. Sounds to me like the delivery driver tried his best to get it to you and continued trying.

Drivers should be busy driving, not talking on phones. Especially if tired and night driving.
