Seems to me like they are saying, in a way, that you signed a legal bind agreement prior to being legally able to do so. Not sure how that works exactly."A government big enough to give you everything you want, is strong enough to take everything you have."

He was a willing participant, he wasn't raped. I read the article and it seems the only reason he is bringing up the fact he was under age, is to try to get out of child support. I bet that fucker has been bragging about screwing a 20 year old when he was 14 since the day it happened. Don't feel sorry for this dude at all.

Willing or not, a crime was still committed by the woman, therefore negating any of his responsibility to the kid. Greedy slut had unprotected sex with a minor and then goes after him years later? Not a chance.Originally posted by blownaltered View PostHe was a willing participant, he wasn't raped. Willing or not, that isn't what the law says.

The rest of this post reaks of jealousy. Seriously.
It's an interesting subject. The legal aspect, the fact that she hid it from him, etc. I don't get the feeling that he is trying to get out of it. He even said he grew up in a single parent home, and doesn't want that for his child. It appears he has been denied access to the child, and if that is indeed the case, you wouldn't want to pay either. And how would you react if some chick from 10 years ago looks you up to tell you that you are a father?Originally posted by BradMBut, just like condoms and women's rights, I don't believe in them.Originally posted by LeahIn other news: Brent's meat melts in your mouth.

But he doesn't. Legal precedent isn't favorable for him.Originally posted by Baba Ganoush View PostHe's got a good case.Originally posted by BradMBut, just like condoms and women's rights, I don't believe in them.Originally posted by LeahIn other news: Brent's meat melts in your mouth.

[quote=bcoop;1358427]Not a hint of jealousy, just stating the obvious. He didn't file rape charges because there was no rape. Me personally I would be pissed about paying back child support on a kid I didn't know about. That is a something that I believe should be changed. As for him having to pay child support from now on, hell yes he should have to.Originally posted by blownaltered View PostHe was a willing participant, he wasn't raped./QUOTE]
