I believe that these ass clowns see how easy it is, and with the influx of "The Texas Hammers" out there pushing people to sue because it's a win/win for both of them, they do it more. I mean due to this frivolous litigation you have to put "Don't Try this at Home" warning labels on anything, like any sane person would. People with ulterior motives do.

That's true, but it most of the time leads to time(inconvenience) and money spent by the other party.
