Where to dump old fuel ? LEGALLY

I have two half filled 5 gallon gas cans. Where can i LEGALLY dump it ?

Its probably over 1.5 years old and dark.

City dump is the only place I know of that will take it.

Fort worth has a dump site that accepts most hazmat materials, including fuel. You have to be a resident of tarrant county, though. I bet Dallas has something similar.

Do you have any tote the note car lots nearby? They'll take free gas. I had the Corps of Engineers bring me a dump truck one time where the driver decided to put 110 gallons of gasoline in the tank. It all went into used cars next door.

Lat month took 20 gals of two year old gas out of my boat... still looked OK so I put it in my truck (2004 Z71 Sliverado) 5 gals at a time until it was gone.

Truck ran great with no issues what so ever.

Yep X 2. I did the same thing& ran 2-3 year old gas through my Ranger, 5 gallons at a time . No problems
