The ACA requires all doc to keep electronic records starting this year or have their medicaid and medicare reimbursements cut progressively by 1% this year, 2% next year and so on. Hipaa laws are trampled and the government has unlimited warrant less access to your records.

Many people have started to ask questions about these practices, including: Can the police get my medical information without a warrant? Can the government get access to my medical files through the USA Patriot Act? Do I have a right to know whether my doctor or hospital will give my medical records to the police without a warrant? Is it Constitutional for the government to get my medical information without a warrant? This document is designed to answer some of these questions regarding these notices, as well as provide background information about the relevant legal standards. Law enforcement disclosure powers Q: Can the police get my medical information without a warrant? A: Yes. The HIPAA rules provide a wide variety of circumstances under which medical information can be disclosed for law enforcement-related purposes without explicitly requiring a warrant.[iii] These circumstances include (1) law enforcement requests for information to identify or locate a suspect, fugitive, witness, or missing person (2) instances where there has been a crime committed on the premises of the covered entity, and (3) in a medical emergency in connection with a crime.[iv] In other words, law enforcement is entitled to your records simply by asserting that you are a suspect or the victim of a crime. Q: Is it Constitutional for the government to get my medical information without a warrant? Yes I did. The field of psychology isn't science, it's witchcraft bullshit. I pointed out to the eval board that I could diagnose all of them with everything in the book because it's not actual science. It's fraud and if you want to prescribe meds, you just pick out a disorder that comes with the most meds and diagnose them with that.
