It is very rare when I speed, and then it is by accident and I correct myself immediately. In the past I have always paid the fine and few times taken defensive driving. I have only had 3 or 4 speeding tickets, and each time I was speeding and admitted to it.

You don't agree that 76mph is greater than the posted 70mph and thus illegal? Or you don't agree that there should be speed limits? Or you think speed limits are OK but don't agree with getting a ticket for violating them?

Taking a punishment that can affect your career when you can fight it is stupid as well.
