Look up cell numbers (reverse search)

Does anyone have the ability to do a reverse cell number search in order to find out who is on the other side of the line? I have very little trust in the websites that I have looked at thus far, so I figured I would ask the pro-dfwmustangs detectives to see if anyone could help.

Whitepages.com does a reverse lookup. It will tell you the general area and service provider. Then it will provide a link for a paid service to give more personal results. I used it once. Takes about 3 days to get the info and if they cannot find it they refund the money.
