Quite possibly, Craig. Unfortunately I'll never know. They kind of won, after the 3rd time it got deleted I gave up and didn't repost it. Now that its been a bit I should try again

Look for facebook buy/sell/trade groups in your area. We use those a lot here now. They seem to have started mostly for women (clothes, purses, kids stuff) but there are now construction equipment groups, and the like. It is way better than CL and for the most part, people are using real names and are less likely to screw you over. It may be harder to get top dollar, but stuff reasonably priced seems to move faster.

Fuck if I know, I just search Craigslist every day. Now I did start using onescraig and search tempest but I don't think that's wrong or against their rules.

Lot of people use Firefox addons, 3rd party websites, or apps to aid in their craigslist services. Some of them can get you banned if you tick the wrong box because it'll ask them way more times than they want to be asked for... whatever it is you're looking for. This might not be apparent to the user. So if the OP is using one of these, check the settings
