There's that too. The last thing you want when busting off is the broad standing up and flipping you off as she walks out.Originally posted by Tyrone Biggums View PostBeing a cunty brat kills it for me. Btw, have I mentioned she's a cunty brat?
...then again, if she just gets the fuck out, maybe I can handle the rest...

She talks some smack before her fights, but that's what everyone does. She has some exceptional judo skills, along with BJJ, etc, and she obviously dominates her fighting division. From the little that I've seem of her (interviews), she seems to be fairly humble. I guess I've missed the stuff where she comes off bitchy or whatever, but I've heard several people say that.

I've been arm bared...and done the same to other people. I'm not svo855 but I've trained in the past. Like I said its a strength thing...and a female doesn't have that upper body strength. I'm not talking about a 145lb male, I'm talking about a 135lb female. Your analogies alone demonstrate you're not even close to grasping these concepts.Originally posted by Craizie View PostI know a 145lb ju jitsu guy that would have you so wrapped up and confused you wouldn't know what was going on. You don't intend on getting into that position, but I'd bet dollars to pesos you'd end up in it.
When fighting an arm bar you're going against the persons entire upper body and core strength. Good luck.

It's a leverage thing....Originally posted by Ruffdaddy View PostI've been arm bared...and done the same to other people. I'm not svo855 but I've trained in the past. It looks like he's saying that a 135 lb girl wouldn't have the ability to straighten out a man's arm...I can see that argument, but a really good BJJ practitioner isn't going to just go for the arm and hope for the best, they would work it out slowly and attack an arm bar at the right time, when its unexpected...especially against someone with considerably more strength.Originally posted by JC316 View PostSorry Ruffdaddy, but you're dead wrong on the arm bar argument. Once the arm is trapped, it's game over, the leverage is too much to overcome by strength.
