  • Any Realtors on here deal with rentals?

In the Arlington or nice part of Grand Prairie area. I am looking to rent a house very soon. If you handle rentals or know someone who does, lemme know.

    Thanks

    Chris

Do you want someone to just help you rent it, but you manage it? If so I have the perfect person.

Haha that's one of my best friends companies. Good stuff.

Chris - what price range are you looking at for rent?

I live in S. GP, also have rental homes in S. GP (they are currently under lease). My insurance agency is in S. Arlington and have many customers in the area, let me know if you find a particular home/area and if you have any questions about the neighborhoods etc... I try to keep up to date with crime rate and building projects etc in the area, just in case I find other homes to invest in to make a better informed decision. I also get a lot of detailed info from customers.

                1400 - 1700 monthly.

Wood floors, updated kitchen and appliances, tons of closet space, fenced in yard, 3-4 bedrooms, no more than 20 years old, and at least 1700 square feet.

And preferably not in a neighborhood full of other rental houses.

I got hooked up with a Realtor today and have several to go look at tomorrow down in the Mansfield / Crowley area. I guess it doesn't matter where I live since I don't commute to work except by plane or helicopter, lol..
