I'm not going to go so far as to say he's an adulterous piece of shit. Seems to me that he is going through a divorce, that doesn't sound like it is finalized yet. And yes, he has a girlfriend at the present time. Despite the fact that I despise him, that isn't really cheating to me. But I don't know, or care how long those two have been dating, or when the divorce process was started/finished.
