So bored. Friday drama needs some help. : )
Your right being nice doesn't work anymore. I got a job in the garage taking my mind off grass and parking.

Fuck it, nuke him from orbit. It's the only way to be sure.

Pictures of my easement to come later. I'd give a HOA a heart attack

You own the sidewalk leading up to your house (behind the sidewalk running parallel to the street). There is no easement in front of your house granting public use of the sidewalk because you don't own the property that the sidewalk is sitting on. You cannot grant an easement on property you don't own. Look up the definition of an easement.
That's fine, edit my response to naynay as follows:

"Tell that to the judge when you're charged with negligence for allowing a hazardous condition resulting in a pedestrian injury to have existed, due to your actions, upon the sidewalk OWNED BY THE CITY traversing your property."

End result is the same. Lol at the caps. My own property survey plat, for instance, depicts a 15-foot utility easement which includes the property upon which the sidewalk is constructed.

Weebly is a much better site builder, but a bit expensive for some of the upgrades.

What if bro was like "I'm tired of this chud monkey parking on the street...I'm gonna fuck with him till he stops". And he's all chatting up his bros about it on broforums.com.

    Now he's the winner.

Some people go ape shit about people parking on the street

I own a house and have always tried to be the cheapest in the neighborhood so I know that I hold a chance at the white trash crown.

I would be pissed if I were you too..but I also wouldn't live in that shit neighborhood if I cared about grass parking.
