If I had something heavy like a travel trailer or car hauler trlr yeah. Just to drive around and try to out bro everybody else isn't worth my time. After you drive a real bro Dozer for 20000 plus hrs you will not like the sound of a diesel.

Hmmm, the passive-aggressive approach, I don't see this ending well.

I got me a new spot to park in! Magically all tires are on the street now exactly in front of their house. I got lots of room in the driveway but I like parking in the street

I was just mowing, I really feel bad about what happened to his truck...

I don't cut mine. Once a year, the county comes by with a batwing mower and knocks it down.

This is the truth. I went through something similar to this at my other house. The only thing the cop could do was site them for parking facing the opposite direction of the flow of traffic which he did. They then parked correctly (facing the direction of traffic) but still in front of our house.

Too many people run to the HOA first, because they're scared to grow a pair and have a nice conversation with a neighbor they don't know. This is a huge contributing factor to overbearing HOAs.
HOAs give them a warning a first time anyways, and set the precedence sooner. I typically go to someone first, but dont believe at all that it should be the norm if there's already an established rule.

The asshole is already being inconsiderate... I'm not going out of my way to play nice guy when someone else is already being a dick.

    Search craigslist.
    Buy fire hydrant.
Place fire hydrant in front yard next to rut.

    Enjoy tasty beverages.
    Call local PD.

Kickback and watch brodozer squirm when PD arrives with tickets.
After PD leaves move hydrant to backyard for dogs recreation.

    Step 1 - Done!

You could invoke that 10 to 1 rule, if you're a bona fide fisk taker.
