Do you have a gas grill with a side burner? If not, you can get one of those electric griddles and cook it outside. Like this:

My brother's wife doesn't usually allow bacon to be cooked in her house because she doesn't like the lingering smell.. I love smelling it all day!

At home, I really like it out of the oven, but we don't usually cook it that way due to the extra time it takes.

That's what we cook the entire breakfast on. Cook the bacon, then toss some pancakes on, then put some bacon grease back on top for some fried eggs.

I prefer mine wrapped around a jalapeno with cream cheese, covered in Tony's and smoked with apple wood. Other than that I'm not big on bacon and hate crispy bacon.
